Padilla Beliefs were born from honest, insightful and inspiring conversations with employees from every Padilla office across the country. Each office has its own personality and focus – but our employees consistently identified a common set of principles that bind us together. The Padilla Beliefs, created from those shared principles, guide the way we work and interact with our clients, partners and each other. They are what make us Padilla. Without action, our Beliefs are just words on a page, so we have two to three observable Behaviors for every Belief. They’re how our Beliefs come to life every day through the actions of our employees. Learn them. Adopt them. Live them.
